Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Stuckey Farm app – hereby referred to as “Application” – for mobile devices that was created by PFE LLC – hereby referred to as “Service Provider” – as a free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
Information Collection and Use
The Stuckey Farm Application collects information to facilitate ticket purchases, event entry via QR code scanning, and user communication. This includes:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) the user provides, such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and physical address when purchasing tickets or signing up for updates. This data is stored in our Supabase database to generate and validate QR codes for event entry, which staff use to verify user tickets.
- The Application does not gather precise location data from mobile devices unless explicitly required for specific features (e.g., event check-in, if implemented). We do not collect or track your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, the pages you visit within the Application, the time and date of your visits, the time spent on those pages, or the operating system of your mobile device.
- PFE LLC – the “Service Provider” – may use the information you provide to:
- Process ticket purchases and passes via our third-party payment processor, Square.
- Generate and validate QR codes for event entry, stored in our Supabase database.
- Send you important updates, receipts, or marketing promotions related to Stuckey Farm events through push notifications, emails,
or other communication channels. - Improve the Application and user experience.
- This information will be retained and used as described in this
Privacy Policy.
Third Party Access
The Application utilizes third-party services to enhance functionality. These include:
- Square Payment Services (Privacy Policy: https://squareup.com/legal/privacy), used for processing ticket and pass purchases. Square handles payment transactions and may collect payment-related information (e.g., name, email) to complete transactions and send receipts. Square may also collect additional data, such as IP addresses or device information, for security and fraud prevention purposes, as outlined in their Privacy Policy. PFE LLC does not store this payment data but relies on Square to process transactions
securely. - Supabase (Privacy Policy: https://supabase.com/privacy), used as our database to store User Provided data (e.g., name, email) for generating and validating QR codes for event entry. Supabase may collect metadata, such as IP addresses or timestamps, for operational purposes (e.g., logging API requests), as described in their Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Services (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy), used in the Android version of the Application to provide core functionality such as push notifications or device compatibility. Google Play Services may collect data such as device information, IP addresses, or usage data for operational purposes, as outlined in their Privacy Policy. This applies only to users of the Android version of the Application.
- YouTube (Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy), accessed when users click the “Watch Video” feature to view videos on the Stuckey Farm YouTube channel. When redirected to YouTube (via a browser or the YouTube app), YouTube may collect data such as IP addresses, device information, or viewing activity for analytics, advertising, or other purposes, as described in their Privacy Policy. PFE LLC does not control YouTube’s data collection practices.
- Other external services may receive aggregated, anonymized data to help PFE LLC improve the Application and services, without identifying individual users.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
PFE LLC will retain User Provided data (e.g., name, email, phone number, physical address) in our Supabase database for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter to fulfill operational obligations (e.g., maintaining ticket records for event verification).
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@stuckeyfarm.com) so that necessary actions to remove data may be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. But, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We will notify you of significant updates by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and, where feasible, via email. Continued use of theApplication after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated policy. Please review this policy regularly.
