Sunflower Festival Update

August 21, 2019

Hello Stuckey Farm family!,

You may recall that our main sunflower field bloomed much earlier than desired.  We tried our best to make this field look great until our scheduled Sunflower Festival. But sadly these flowers are wilting and not up to our standards of the best experience for you, therefore we will not have a Sunflower Festival this year.

Many of these flowers still look incredible! So we decided to open our sunflowers fields for you to visit until September 8 or when the flowers are done. We will continue to support the Society of St. Andrew and ask you to consider a suggested $5 donation per person as you visit our sunflowers.

This amazing group just told us that there were enough donations from the last 2 Saturdays to provide 17,000
servings of produce to food insecure Hoosiers! That’s amazing! Please visit us and help us turn our sunflower challenge into life change for those in need!

We will keep you up to date on the condition of our sunflowers so you can make plans for your visit. Thank you for your excitement as we anticipated a great season of Sunflowers this year. We are already planning a bigger and better sunflower festival for next year!

We now turn our focus to our incredible Harvest Festivals with our 50 year celebration! We can’t wait to tell you what we have planned!
