Dinner conversation is never boring when one enjoys a meal and a “whodunit.” Enjoy a four course dinner as everyone at the table assume new personas and attempt to solve the crime du jour. See if there is a little “Sherlock” in you.

Harvest Garden Gazpacho
A refreshing and vibrant cold soup made with a medley of
freshly harvested garden vegetables

Summer Salad
A light and colorful salad with fresh mixed greens tossed with
juicy cherry tomatoes, sweet corn kernels, crunchy cucumbers,
and sliced red onions. Served with a tangy citrus vinaigrette and
topped with crumbled feta cheese.

Chicken Piccata

Tender chicken breast fillets are lightly floured and pan-seared to
golden perfection, then simmered in a luscious lemon-butter sauce
with capers and a touch of white wine

Apple Rice
A unique and flavorful side dish combining long-grain rice with
diced apples, onions, and a blend or aromatic spices

Field Green Beans
Green beans straight from the field, lightly steamed and tossed with
olive oil, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of sea salt

Carmel Apple Cake
A moist and tender cake bursting with the flavors
of spiced apples and rich caramel
